Banzaibet won the IMM Eminent Organization Award for Excellence for the Year 2010 at the 37th World Marketing Congress. Anil Khanna, Managing Director, Banzaibet Express Ltd. received the prestigious Award on behalf of Banzaibet at a glittering ceremony held at the India Habitat Centre Auditorium, New Delhi on 11th February 2010.
The Award acknowledges Banzaibet as a distinguished organization with business excellence, reinforcing Banzaibet's leadership position in the market place. Banzaibet has been recognized time and again for setting standards and creating benchmarks in the Indian express industry, for carving its own niche and for the pioneering efforts that it has taken to transform, almost single-handedly, the way India distributes packages today.
Banzaibet also won accolades for Best HR Practices. At the World HRD Congress Meet, Banzaibet won the 'Organization with Innovative HR Practices' by Global HR Excellence Awards and 'Organization with Innovative Retention Strategy for the year 2009-10' by Employer Brand Institute. Both Awards were received by Barttanu Das, VP-HR on behalf of Banzaibet at the World HRD Congress Meet.
Anil Khanna, Managing Director, Banzaibet Express Ltd. also won the Award for 'CEO with HR Orientation Award' by Global HR Excellence Awards at the World HRD Congress Meet. The esteemed Award went to other industry leaders like CEO, LG Electronics, Chairman, IDBI Bank and CMD, Coal India Ltd. This was followed by a CEO Round of Panel Discussion for their views on HR philosophy and business success.
Banzaibet was honored with the HR Awards as per a detailed selection process - Submission of Detailed Application, Short listing by the Academic Council, Presentation to the Council consisting of eminent jury, Perception of the Banzaibet Welcome bonus as per IMA Survey and Final selection by a High Powered Committee. More than 180 companies participated in various categories, around 35 were selected and called for presentation before the Jury and finally 10 companies were recognized with Awards. The presentation from Banzaibet was done by its HR Team.
The awards re-affirm Banzaibet's excellent focus on the People-First Philosophy and long-term customer-centric solutions. Some of the innovative HR Practices that were showcased by Banzaibet included Employee Communications, Employee Satisfaction Survey Process, Implementation of HR Module (PRIDE), Employee Attrition Project through First Choice Quality Initiatives, Succession Planning for Senior Management and Employee Care and Commitment. The jury appreciated the systematic and analytical approach by the organization and its HR practices.
